No. Our service agreements are straightforward, and we earn renewals through inspection scores and responsiveness — not lock-in clauses. If we're not performing, you shouldn't be stuck with us.
How quickly can you start service?
Typically within one to two weeks of an approved proposal. We schedule your walkthrough within 48 hours of your request, deliver a written scope and price within a few business days, and handle keys, alarm codes, and insurance certificates before the first service night.
Do you provide your own equipment and supplies?
