• Communications — records of calls, emails, and scheduling related to your inquiry or service.
• Basic technical data — like most websites, our hosting provider logs standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use this to identify you.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule walkthroughs, and prepare proposals.
• To deliver and manage cleaning services if you become a client.
• To keep internal records of quotes and service history.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

Form submissions are delivered to us by an email delivery provider, our website is served by a hosting provider, and walkthrough scheduling may be handled through a scheduling service. These providers process your information only to perform those functions for us.

Retention

We keep inquiry and quote information as long as reasonably needed for business records. If you'd like your information updated or deleted, contact us and we'll take care of it.
