How much does house cleaning cost in Columbus?
Most Columbus-area homes fall between a predictable per-visit range based on square footage, bedrooms and bathrooms, and how often we come. Recurring cleaning costs less per visit than one-time cleans. Tell us about your home and we'll give you a firm quote — usually the same day, with no in-home sales visit required.
Are your house cleaners background checked and insured?
Yes. Every 3Z's cleaner passes a background check before being hired, and the company carries general liability insurance and a bond. These are the same requirements our commercial clients — including medical offices — hold us to.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Most clients aren't. We arrange key, garage code, or smart-lock access with you in advance, log every entry, and lock up when we leave. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Your team arrives with professional equipment and products, including HEPA-filtration vacuums. If you prefer specific products — fragrance-free, green-certified, or your own — just tell us and we'll use them.
Can you handle Airbnb and vacation rental turnovers on short notice?
Yes. Short-term rental turnover cleaning is a core residential service, including same-day turnarounds between checkout and check-in. We work from your listing's staging photos and send photo confirmation when the unit is guest-ready.
