A cleaning company run like the businesses it serves

Bill and Ronetta Taylor founded 3Z's in 2023 on one idea: cleaning should be run like an operation, not a chore list. Today that idea runs two divisions — commercial and residential — under one family name, one standard, and Bill personally assigning every crew.

Our approach

Cleaning is facility management, not chores

Most cleaning companies are built around labor: send people, wipe surfaces, send invoice. 3Z's is built around operations: written scopes, assigned teams, scheduled inspections, and documented results.

That distinction shows up everywhere. Your proposal reads like a facility plan, not a flyer. Your account manager talks in checklists and response times, not apologies. And when we say your building will look a certain way every morning, there's an inspection report that proves it.

That operating discipline now runs two divisions. Our Commercial Division serves offices, medical practices, banks, schools, churches, and government buildings across Columbus & Central Ohio. Our Residential Division brings the same checklists, background checks, and follow-through to homes, apartments, and short-term rentals. Every request — commercial or residential — comes straight to Bill, who assigns the right crew. Different buildings, different crews — the same name on both, and the same three granddaughters it's all named for.

It's a name that happens to stick for a second reason, too: while you're catching your three Z's, we're the ones making sure everything's clean when you wake up — or walk back into the office.

Our people

The team entering your building matters most

Every promise on this website is kept — or broken — by the person holding the keys at 10pm. So we're deliberate about who that is.

Screened before hired

Background checks are completed before anyone is offered a position — not after they've already been in your facility.

Trained before assigned

Chemical handling, equipment, security procedures, and the specifics of your building — covered before the first solo shift.

Retained on purpose

Stable crews clean better buildings. We staff for retention, because the fifth month of service should look like the first week.

Credentials

The paperwork your procurement team will ask about

  • General liability insurance — COI issued naming your entity before service begins
  • Janitorial bond — protection against loss, handled professionally if ever needed
  • Workers' compensation — our teams are covered, so your liability isn't in question
  • W-9 & vendor onboarding — documentation ready for your AP and procurement systems

Meet us at your building — or your front door.

Commercial walkthroughs and home estimates are both free, fast to schedule, and end with a written price.
